Conference on Topical Questions in Civil Procedure

Ministry of Justice organized Scientific Conference on Civil Procedure

In the conference Inga Kacevska gave presentation on the international arbitration law development and its influence in Latvia. Such topics as evidences, court costs and timely rendered judgments were discussed in the conference. The participants wwere very interested in the future development of court procedures related to the performance of obligations in the way of court notification. Those proceedings take around 40% of all cases in the courts thus the court administration would like to introduce the electronic procedures for this category of cases.
